How do I return an item?

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

We will provide you a full refund of your purchase price if the item is returned to us within 30 days from the date that you place your order. You are responsible for getting the return to our office. Shipping and handling is not refundable.

Return Policy:
  • Hotel Down Pillows accepts returns within 30 days of the date that the order was placed on our website. Any item can be returned for any reason.
  • Please use the pack slip return label provided on your original order. If you no longer have this form or have questions, you may contact us:

  • It is your responsibility to return/pay for any costs of returning the item to Hotel Down Pillows. Upon receipt of the item we will refund your credit card with the full purchase price of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable for any reason.
  • Occasionally, we offer a free shipping promotion. If you received free shipping when you placed your order you will have your complete purchase price refunded less $4.00
  • We do not accept exchanges. Please refer to our return policy and place a separate order if you wish to try another item.
How to Return:
We are unable to process exchanges at this time.
Please follow our Return Policy, and then place a new order for the new item.
  1. Carefully place returned items in a box
  2. Use the return shipping label which was attached to the pack slip included with your order
  3. Return the item via Fed Ex Ground or UPS
  4. Mail to the address below:

Please keep in mind that return postage will be at your expense.
We ask that you use a carrier that generates tracking numbers to ensure packages are not lost.
Also, allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return.
All returns will be credited back to the card upon which the original order was placed.
Please do not request exchanges in your returned package.
